Black and White Photographs by Will Gunadi
As a Photographer:
Capturing scenes that move my heart through a camera, has been a way for me to absorb the world around me. Using B&W film photography as my medium of choice, I offer B&W printing services, as well as limited edition prints of my own photographs.
In the pursuit of images that speaks to me, I use a variety of cameras ranging from large format to half-frame point and shoot. I use tanks and drums to develop my film.
I published my first photo-book in July 2009:

This one is a light-hearted look at Shanghai as I toured her streets during my visit there in Summer 2010. Have a look, if you enjoy B&W street photography, there is a likely chance that you’ll enjoy this one.

As a Printer:
I have also discovered that I am one of the few individuals who actually enjoy the challenges in running a darkroom.
All those time spent putting together the setup (three enlargers, a print washer, acquiring high quality trays, press mount). Experimenting with different papers and chemical; not to mention hundreds of hours acquiring different printing techniques have allowed me to come up with a consistent way to produce prints from a wide variety of negative qualities.
